All orders are subject to processing and verification prior to shipment. Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, and verification requirements. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping Carriers 

At this time, Stella Rose Beauty selects shipping carriers at its discretion. Carrier selection, delivery method, and estimated delivery timelines may vary and are subject to change without notice. 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information when available. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

Risk of Loss 

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. 

 

Delivery Policy 

Stella Rose Beauty is not responsible for: 

  • Delays caused by carriers 

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses 

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once transferred to the carrier 

  • Delivery issues caused by weather, service disruptions, or events beyond our control

Returns & Exchanges Policy 

 

Due to the nature of luxury cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products, returns are strictly limited. 

 

30-Day Return Window 

 

Eligible return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. Products requested for return after this period are not eligible under any circumstances. 

 

Online vs. In-Store Purchases 

  • Online purchases must be returned online in accordance with our return process 

  • In-store purchases must be returned in-store at the original location of purchase 

 

Cross-channel returns (online purchases returned in-store or in-store purchases returned online) are not accepted. 

 

Final Sale Items 

 

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit, including gift cards: 

  • Clearance or sale items 

  • Promotional or discounted merchandise 

  • Gift cards 

  • Limited edition products (where noted) 

 

All final sale purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

 

Condition of Returned Items (If Applicable) 

 

If a return is approved at our discretion: 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging 

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted 

 

Stella Rose Beauty reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges 

 

At this time, Stella Rose Beauty does not guarantee exchanges. Any exchange consideration is made solely at our discretion. 

 

Non-Returnable Items 

 

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, certain products may be designated as non-returnable even within the 30-day window. These designations will be noted at the time of purchase where applicable.
